First painting for 2007

When the dew children awake from there afternoon nap, the flowers begin to glitter

The first painting of the new year and its a big one!
I started it about a month ago and just completed it today. The painting was commissioned by the wonderful folks at bridge Art Fair to hang in there stylish new office in the west loop, Chicago. Hopefully there will be some more big ones like this in the works this year.

every time i look at this piece i get completely drawn in. it's so whimsical and happy. the office it's going to be housed in will definitely have a happier vibe to it once it arrives. there's no way you can look at it and not smile. fabulous painting, jeremiah. ^_^
